Zenodo allows publishing records either directly or through a community. When you publish directly, the record is published immediately. When you submit a record to a community, the record will first need to be reviewed by the community curators before it is published. Community curators are independent of Zenodo, and it's fully up to the curators how long it takes for them to review your upload.
If you'd like to cancel/with draw your submission to a community, follow the instructions you'll find in our "Manage your submission" guide on https://help.zenodo.org/docs/share/manage-submissions/.
